Vipassana allows a meditator to detach from the pain and be a spectator or witness. It is an extremely powerful tool for analysing any problem in your life.
Yoga is another constant companion. Your body, your breath will tell you what the problem is: if you can tap into the power of the subconscious....
Thank God I know how to do both... else suicide in the bathtub would have seemed like the perfect thing to do rather than the spa soak I just took, my second salt water soak of the day! My aura must be sparkling...
So, married people and unmarried, happy or sad, better learn yoga and vipassana... you never know when you may need to save your own life!!!
